Earlier tonight I posted a small rant about America’s got talent getting rid of the singers and dancers acts, the mindset being that there were already prime time reality competitions for both, (the Voice, X-Factor, So You Think You Can Dance, American Dance Crew) and that the show should focus more on the unique variety acts such as Silhouettes from season six, 2010Fighting Graity (Season 5)
and Team Illuminate (Season six)
And then halfway through tonights episode (two, season 10) there were two dance acts that were actually unique enough to make me take back my words, one involved tredmills and the other guys dancing with roller skates. (Don’t ask, if you missed it, watch the rebrodcast on Saturday)
But even more I commented that the acts of eason eight winner Kenichi Ebina (Season Eight, 2013) (above) could never to be duplicated in regards to pure artistic talent and innovation, the most unique act ever…..
That was until tonight’s last act called Freckled Sky… It was… well, you just have to see it…
